Zendesk Support is a ticketing system for tracking, prioritising, and solving customer support tickets. As your customers log their questions, requests, and concerns, Utilmate unites your business and customer tickets by displaying relevant information to your agents while they serve customers---all without leaving Utilmate.
Utilmate integrated with Zendesk Support streamlines your customer support.
To connect Zendesk Support to Utilmate, go to the Add On's screen in the Maintenance menu, System Configuration. Click on the Zendesk Support button.
Click on the Connect button.
Enter your use your Zendesk subdomain ie mydomain.zendesk.com, then click connect. Success! You've now connected to Zendesk and your support tickets will be assigned to your contacts.
